📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding technical support to clients.

• Identify and fix intricate equipment, software, and system issues.

• Address escalated concerns and document design deficiencies.

• Offer application assistance to users and manage ticket resolutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in application and infrastructure support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Proficient in logging, tracking, escalating, and resolving issues via ticketing systems.

• Background in Customer Service or Technical Support.
