L2 / L3 Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve L2/L3 production incidents.

• Provide support for Power BI datasets, gateways, semantic models, and dashboard environments.

• Troubleshoot ETL pipelines, data integration processes, and issues related to data quality.

• Offer support for GIS platforms and spatial data services.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

• Assist with software releases, patches, and platform upgrades.

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

• Collaborate with business users and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in providing L2/L3 production support.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI.

• Experience in supporting ETL or data integration platforms.

• Demonstrated ability in conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting within production environments.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience in working within SLA-driven support processes.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• **Nice to Have:**

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.

• Familiarity with ArcGIS or QGIS environments.

• Experience with Azure Data Factory.

• Knowledge in supporting enterprise analytics or data platform solutions.
