This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary contact for incoming support inquiries from current customers.
• Support users in navigating software features, system usage, and general application functions.
• Accurately record all interactions and technical information in the CRM system.
• Engage in daily ticket review sessions to monitor progress and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Follow up with clients regarding closed or pending tickets to verify completion and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Comply with company protocols, service standards, and support best practices.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and dynamic team atmosphere.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in phone-based technical support.
• At least two (2) years of recent experience providing Windows IT support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 operating systems and associated devices.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively.
• Capability to follow directions, adapt swiftly, and learn new tools and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Opportunity to work remotely.
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Observes U.S. (PST) holidays.
