This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute comprehensive KYC and EDD reviews across all customer risk categories, ensuring adherence to internal policies and global AML/CTF regulations.
• Conduct in-depth EDD investigations on high-risk individuals, including thorough analysis of identity, source of funds, and source of wealth.
• Evaluate financial crime, sanctions, and jurisdictional risks, escalating potential SAR cases with clear and defensible investigative documentation.
• Partner with Compliance, Fraud, and FIU teams to address complex escalations and uphold consistent risk decision-making.
• Perform efficiently in a high-volume environment while upholding high QA standards and achieving productivity KPIs.
• Serve as a KYC/EDD subject matter expert and a point of escalation for customer-facing and operational teams.
• Create and maintain operational processes, workflows, and documentation to facilitate scalable identity verification operations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions to enhance quality, speed, and risk management.
• Provide project support and training for internal teams and BPO partners.
• Over 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, compliance operations, or a regulated operational environment, with involvement in customer onboarding or due diligence processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to adhere to established procedures while delivering accurate and well-documented outputs.
• Proficient in assessing customer information and identifying potential risk indicators, with the ability to escalate issues clearly and appropriately.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment, including meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Familiarity with enhanced due diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, or financial crime investigations.
• Experience working across various jurisdictions or regulatory frameworks.
