This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer Support: You will be the primary contact for our German-speaking customers via phone (inbound only) and email.

• Amazon Communication: You will respond to buyer inquiries on Amazon and handle reviews and inquiries in compliance with marketplace regulations.

• Consultation: You will assist with questions regarding products, orders, and returns.

• Ticket System: You will process inquiries efficiently in the ticketing system and document them in a clear manner.

• Technical Support: You will manage warranty, repair, and complaint inquiries, involving colleagues or our database when necessary.

• Spare Parts: You will identify and order necessary spare parts.

• Coordination: You will maintain regular communication with the logistics, returns, and order processing teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Essential – Customer Service Experience: You have several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a senior role or as a team lead. Entry-level positions, career changers, or studies without customer service experience are not suitable this time – we are looking for someone who is already skilled and can provide operational relief.

• Welcome Back: A career or family break is not a disadvantage for us – quite the opposite. If you want to return after a break and wish to apply your experience in a job that fits your life, you are in the right place.

• Communication: You are friendly, patient, and confident on the phone, even when a customer may raise their voice. You handle complaints in a way that ensures both parties can find peace.

• Language: German at a native level, both spoken and written.

• Independent Working Style: You work reliably and proactively, requiring no constant reassurance. You plan your weekly hours in a way that suits your rhythm.

• Technical Affinity: Proficient in using a laptop, smartphone, and common tools (Office, ticket systems, browsers). Experience in customer service for technical products is a definite advantage.

• Residence preferably in Germany.
