This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are the point of contact for our customers after their vehicle purchase and handle complaints through personal conversations via phone or email.
• Identify and assess damages and defects on used cars while adhering to our quality standards and collaborating with our automotive technicians.
• You act as a communicative interface between our customers, internal departments, and service providers.
• Enhance the Autohero buying experience with your solution-oriented approach and your proficient handling of customer complaints.
• You possess excellent communication skills, are service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with customers.
• A structured, self-reliant, and team-oriented working style.
• Interest in cars and a willingness to learn more in this field - career changers are warmly welcomed.
• Fluent German language skills and a confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Initial professional experience in customer service and/or experience in the automotive industry as a mechatronics technician, bodywork specialist, and/or automotive service advisor is advantageous.
