This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will analyze and assess damages to used cars based on photos, videos, or cost estimates.
• Collaborate closely with automotive workshops.
• Coordinate communication between customers, internal departments, and external service providers.
• Serve as a technical advisor for the team, assisting with technical inquiries.
• Actively contribute to the further development of processes and solutions.
• Ensure a positive purchasing experience for customers.
• Experience in the automotive sector, such as a mechatronics technician, bodywork specialist, or automotive service advisor.
• Initial professional experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a structured and self-responsible manner, while being a team player.
• Fluent German language skills and confident use of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Passion for cars and willingness to delve into new topics.
