• Responsible handling of customer inquiries via phone and in writing

• Careful documentation of conversation outcomes

• Competent and friendly customer consulting

• Independent work within a motivated international team

• You enjoy communicating over the phone and in customer service

• You are flexible with your time, reliable, and show a strong commitment

• You possess excellent communication skills in both German and French, with proficiency in spoken and written forms

• Knowledge of English is an advantage
