• Support e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via email and video calls with accounting-related issues.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.

• Identify recurring issues and enhance solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Revolutionize accounting processes for Shopify startups and SaaS companies through automated software.

• High self-motivation and results-oriented approach (SMART Goals).

• Experience with DATEV is a mandatory requirement.

• Interest in the digital transformation of the accounting industry.

• Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style.
