Kotlin Developer, Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with a team to create and improve platform solutions for banking products.

• Develop scalable microservices within the JVM environment utilizing Spring Boot.

• Execute event-driven architecture focusing on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and eventual consistency.

• Design and maintain reliable, scalable APIs and services.

• Contribute to internal SDKs and frameworks to enhance service utilization.

• Integrate seamlessly with other platforms and services in a scalable way.

• Support the development and scaling of banking and partner platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of software development experience in the JVM environment, with Java as a requirement (strong knowledge of Kotlin is advantageous).

• Familiarity with Spring Boot in a microservices setting.

• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment, with practices in continuous deployment and delivery.

• Proficient in event-driven architectures, domain-driven design, and ensuring eventual consistency.

• A collaborative attitude and a strong desire for knowledge sharing within the team.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (preferably using Docker and Kubernetes) in a cloud setting (AWS preferred).
