Kotlin Desktop Engineer – AI Inference Tooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop a desktop application for local AI inference

• Utilize Kotlin and Compose Desktop for development

• Design user interfaces using Compose Desktop

• Integrate with backend RESTful APIs

• Configure agent settings

• Work on routing for LLM proxies

• Create installation packages for Windows, macOS, and Linux

• Contribute to the development of a tool for developers from its inception

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Kotlin programming

• Strong enthusiasm for Compose Desktop

• Knowledge of asynchronous and concurrent programming with Kotlin Coroutines

• Understanding of cross-platform variations

• Practical engineering mindset

• Ability to think at a system level

• Hands-on experience with LLMs

• Proficient in English

• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration

• Self-driven with the capability to take full responsibility for features
