Knowledge Graph Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal product and engineering teams to design and implement semantic and knowledge graph solutions.

• Oversee client interactions from pre-sales through onboarding, deployment, and training phases.

• Create and sustain taxonomies, ontologies, and classification models.

• Work together with product, engineering, and delivery teams.

• Collect and prioritize client requirements, contribute innovative ideas to the product roadmap, and assist with product positioning through demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Experience in customer-facing roles within software or SaaS settings.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Hands-on experience in developing taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.

• Experience in managing human and/or machine classification processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of semantic web standards (RDF, SKOS, OWL, SPARQL).

• Familiarity with graph databases, especially RDF graph databases.

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Ability to work collaboratively across both technical and non-technical teams.
