This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve technical issues and answer inquiries

• Ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction

• Record and follow up on feedback in internal systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C2/native level)

• Proficient in English (minimum B2)

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude

• Reliable, flexible, and solution-focused

• Willing to work from Portugal (either remote or onsite in Lisbon)

• Base salary: €1,100-€1,400/month (x14 months = average €1,283-€1,617/month)

• Performance bonus: +10-15%/month

• Total monthly compensation (on average): €1,400-€1,650 (including bonus and 14 months of salary)
