This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving technical issues and answering inquiries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction
• Recording and following up on feedback in internal systems
• Fluent in Dutch (C2/native level)
• Minimum B2 level in English
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Reliable, flexible, and solution-focused
• Willing to work from Portugal (remote or onsite in Lisbon)
• Signing bonus: One-time payment of 2,000 (only for certain projects)
