This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical liaison, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML issues.
• Assist customers in maximizing GPU performance for machine learning training and inference tasks, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new opportunities, advocate for the latest products, and deliver technical presentations.
• Serve as a conduit to product teams, supplying customer feedback, communicating feature requests, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and effectively drive consensus to tackle customer challenges.
• Experience: 5 - 10+ years in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer, with practical experience in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and programming in Python.
• Strong understanding of GPU computing, including machine learning training, inference workloads, and GPU stacks (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL).
• Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust and nurture long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent skill in conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
