This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client-specific needs to create customized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and boost operational efficiency.

• Serve as the primary contact for esteemed clients, ensuring that their distinct requirements and expectations are consistently addressed.

• Oversee onboarding and administration for large to jumbo case sizes, guaranteeing precise and timely task execution.

• Assess, analyze, and make determinations regarding qualified life events and eligibility updates for intricate client portfolios, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Coordinate and supervise implementation activities, ensuring smooth delivery for clients with varied and complex needs.

• Lead and conduct implementation meetings with employer groups, partners, and stakeholders, fostering actionable outcomes for large-scale and high-value accounts.

• Independently evaluate, analyze, and address client-specific issues within established escalation and approval protocols.

• Track system performance and engage in testing and rollout of enhancements.

• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, banking, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of insurance operations and administrative processes.

• Familiarity with file feed transmissions (EDI, eligibility files) is preferred.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
