This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of daily account management and engage with customers effectively
• Implement strategic account plans aimed at enhancing revenue, margin, and distribution growth
• Discover new opportunities by optimizing assortments and rationalizing SKUs
• Oversee forecasts, pricing strategies, and sales pipelines
• Collaborate across functions to ensure service levels, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement
• Utilize CRM/ERP systems to monitor performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and potential opportunities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales with major retail clients
• Preferred background in manufacturing, packaging, or product-oriented industries
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities
