This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a specified region to facilitate the introduction of Lymphir to hematology-oncology and dermatology practices across the US.
• Surpass assigned sales revenue targets and achieve key performance indicators for the brand.
• Deliver both formal and informal presentations, articulating complex scientific, reimbursement, and business concepts fluently to designated audiences.
• Cultivate local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with selected medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, medical personnel, and other healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Leverage the CRM System to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Embrace and effectively integrate coaching feedback, taking responsibility for ongoing personal growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare diseases.
• Comprehensive knowledge of oncology products, treatment approaches, and the landscape of the oncology market.
• Established relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), oncologists, and other stakeholders in the oncology sector are highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.
• In-depth knowledge of VEEVA systems.
