This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Act as the main commercial liaison for designated key accounts.
• Recognize growth potential within current accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and the development of new programs.
• Create and implement account strategies that align with the company's revenue and margin goals.
• Collaborate internally with engineering, operations, product management, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee customer forecasts, pipeline activities, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Assist with design-win opportunities and lengthy sales-cycle initiatives.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and developments in customer businesses.
• Provide regular business reviews, opportunity updates, and revenue projections to management.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues.
• Be adept in using HubSpot marketing automation software in accordance with Videology's standard operating procedures.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience.
• A technical or engineering background is preferred; a combination of relevant education and industry experience may also be accepted.
• Additional training or certifications in sales, account management, negotiation, or CRM systems are beneficial.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, Sugar CRM, or similar platforms, as well as social media sites (including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey information effectively.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or technical sales.
