This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue enhancement, profitability, and sustainable strategic value through effective account management.
• Act as the main point of contact for critical customers, fostering robust relationships and ensuring alignment with their needs.
• Take charge of the commercial performance of designated accounts, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and contract oversight.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects within current and potential accounts.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Customer Service, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• At least 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within the packaging, food, CPG, or materials science sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and implementing market expansion strategies.
• Experience in the Egg Industry and/or rigid packaging (thermoforming, injection molding, paper forming) is preferred.
