Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategic account plans for designated key customers to meet revenue and margin objectives.

• Foster robust, long-lasting relationships with customer stakeholders across various organizational levels.

• Recognize and leverage growth opportunities, including new applications, product extensions, and service enhancements.

• Offer technical guidance on industrial water treatment programs, encompassing cooling, boiler, and wastewater systems.

• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and service teams to provide integrated solutions for customers.

• Track system performance, analyze data, and suggest chemical and operational modifications to enhance outcomes.

• Navigate contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and renewal procedures.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent delivery of services.

• Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM platforms.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory mandates, and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial water treatment, specialty chemicals, or a related domain.

• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

• Strong technical comprehension of water treatment processes and industrial systems.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.

• Self-driven with robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel as necessary.
