This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Accountable for significantly contributing to the growth of the Advanced Instruments Artel Bio Portfolio within the life science sectors.
• Executing strategic customer-facing initiatives for products and services within a designated territory.
• Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets along with opportunity creation goals.
• Recognizing and addressing customer challenges in their automation workflows from both financial and technical perspectives.
• Managing objections, negotiating value propositions, and highlighting the key advantages of collaborating with the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 5 years in capital equipment sales.
• Preferred experience in automated liquid handling, particularly within the Biotech/biopharma sector.
• Proficient in navigating complex sales processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both commercially and technically.
• Highly interpersonal with a strong enthusiasm for sales methodologies.
• Proficient in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
