This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee a specified portfolio consisting of 150 to 200 high-value accounts.
• Meet objectives related to account retention while identifying and implementing growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Actively track and report on crucial performance metrics for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and the achievement of revenue goals.
• Function as the main point of contact for addressing customer inquiries regarding billing, contracts, and service modifications (e.g., questions about invoices, downgrades, and cancellations).
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, utilizing extensive market insights of the full truckload marketplace to recommend complex, multi-product SaaS and data solutions that tackle their most urgent operational and financial issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to secure necessary resources, negotiate advantageous national contracts, and advocate for customer needs, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
• Employ and uphold Salesforce as the primary system for all account information, pipeline management, and strategic initiatives, ensuring high data integrity and rigorous sales process adherence.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a related commercial position.
• At least 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics or within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry catering to the transportation sector is essential.
• Proven ability to manage a substantial portfolio of accounts while meeting retention and growth objectives.
• Outstanding skills in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, including with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Strong analytical abilities for evaluating product usage, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experienced in tracking deal stages, forecasts, and renewal processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
