This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Achieves sales objectives, revenue growth, and profitability goals within designated accounts or territories.
• Formulates sales and strategic plans tailored to specific accounts in alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitates collaborative strategic account planning sessions to establish performance targets, pinpoint business opportunities, and set milestones for one- and three-year timelines.
• Works closely with product management and marketing teams to customize offerings and spearheads continuous improvement efforts by collecting client feedback and implementing solutions.
• Drafts proposals and negotiates pricing, terms, and contracts within designated authority limits.
• Ensures compliance with commercial policies and safeguards company profit margins.
• Keeps detailed and current records in CRM systems, ensuring precision in forecasts, pipeline data, and performance indicators.
• Supplies accurate information to facilitate effective forecasting and product availability.
• Regularly reports on sales performance and the status of accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles, demonstrating success in managing medium to large accounts and fostering profitable growth.
• While no specific licenses are mandatory, certifications in Strategic Account Management or Consultative Selling are highly beneficial for showcasing expertise in managing complex accounts and sales strategies.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future company sponsorship.
