This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Rebuild and enhance strategic relationships with key stakeholders across reallocated enterprise accounts.
• Execute essential renewals and guarantee customer retention throughout the transition period.
• Develop and implement Day 2 strategies through collaboration and follow-through with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate the territory/market potential and devise a sales strategy to optimize revenue for UiPath.
• Meet established sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule.
• Advocate for the UiPath brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling the UiPath enterprise automation platform with a value-based selling approach.
• Inform customers about how UiPath solutions can provide them with financial and professional benefits.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships within the territory.
• Build trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and extended teams to guarantee that customers receive maximum value and swiftly address any issues as they arise.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to comprehend specific customer needs.
• Work internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups to promote an environment of knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Investigate methods to integrate automation into daily operations.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of quota attainment and exceeding targets.
• More than 7 years of solution/value selling experience in complex enterprise settings.
• At least 3 years of experience managing strategic, high-value relationships with Enterprise Accounts.
• Executive Presence - capable of commanding the room and engaging C-suite stakeholders with confidence.
• Strong Commercial Aptitude - demonstrated ability to preempt unfavorable deals, negotiate beneficial contracts, and drive successful implementations.
• Grit, ambition, and a self-starter mentality - excels in independent work while effectively collaborating with extended teams.
• Background in Automation, Integration, or Enterprise Architecture solutions.
• Familiarity with UiPath products and the automation market (5+ years of UiPath experience is a significant advantage).
• Familiarity with accounts such as Delta, Comcast, Dentsu, SGWS, or similar enterprise organizations.
• 10-15 years of enterprise SaaS experience with a documented history of exceeding targets.
• Automation-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50%.
