This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Central point of contact between our clients and our development team
• Client support: First point of contact for existing clients, building trusting relationships
• Account development: Strategically advancing existing clients
• Workshops and training: Conducting sessions for clients – both remote and on-site
• Agent implementation: Setting up AI agents and workflows
• Integrations: Connecting third-party systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, and Confluence
• Deployment: Executing deployments at client sites
• Requirements management: Translating processes and pain points into requirements
• New client acquisition: Attracting new enterprise clients for HUB.KI
• Excellent master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience or interest in managing and developing B2B client relationships – ideally in the SaaS or enterprise software sector
• Solid understanding of current AI technologies, particularly LLMs and AI agents
• Good programming skills
• Client-oriented mindset and ability to think from a client's perspective
• Active use of AI in daily work
• Experience with technologies for deploying and operating software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting LLMs
• Proficient in German
• High sense of responsibility and self-discipline
• Utilization of modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently
