📋 Description

• Provide tailored sessions that cater to the individual needs and aspirations of each student.

• Develop progressions that enhance technique, self-assurance, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in kayaking instruction or guiding (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater).

• Instructor certification is preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) but not mandatory.

• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification and water-rescue skills; proficiency in strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue techniques.

• Strong communication abilities to engage, inspire, and effectively teach students across all skill levels.
