Junior/Middle Manual QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and propose enhancements to QA processes across various projects/products.

• Collaborate and coordinate with QA specialists on multiple projects.

• Establish priorities, evaluate tests, and synchronize QA activities.

• Manage Automation and Performance testing initiatives.

• Work in close partnership with development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

• Engage in product releases and determine necessary testing efforts.

• Actively participate in product testing during urgent situations.

• Develop and manage QA competencies and skills.

• Recognize skills gaps and strategize training and educational sessions.

• Facilitate onboarding for new team members.

• Manage testing risk effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software QA.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Knowledge and practical application of test techniques, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Direct experience with Test Management Tools.

• Understanding of SDLC and the bug/story life cycle.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at an upper-intermediate level.

• Preferred: Practical experience with Jenkins or similar CI build systems (building, deploying, running tests).

• Experience with version control systems (GIT).

• Basic knowledge of a programming language.

• Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS/JS.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
