Junior/Mid Backend Engineer – AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• You will engage in the development of AI-driven systems that address genuine business challenges — merging code, APIs, and AI technologies to formulate dependable and scalable solutions.

• Create and implement AI-powered workflows and backend systems.

• Design solutions that integrate APIs, scripts, and AI agents.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and translate them into technical solutions.

• Rapidly prototype solutions while continuously enhancing and solidifying systems over time.

• Optimize solutions (e.g., minimize token usage, enhance performance).

• Troubleshoot and modify systems when they do not function as anticipated.

• Document your processes and articulate your thought process clearly.

• Experience in creating backend systems, scripts, or APIs.
