Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), emphasizing user engagement and acquisition.

• Assist with the editing and post-production processes of marketing videos to ensure they are visually captivating and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Partner with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute storyboards.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output.

• Implement feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team suggestions.

• Modify content to suit various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

• Ensure that content complies with platform policies and adheres to brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome).

• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• An active interest in utilizing AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui, etc.) is an advantage.

• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.
