Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms, including social media and adult/adult-adjacent sites, with an emphasis on engagement and user acquisition.

• Assist in editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with campaign objectives.

• Work alongside the marketing and creative teams to create and execute concepts and storyboards.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output.

• Implement feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team suggestions.

• Modify content for various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

• Assist in ensuring content complies with platform regulations and brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing, including internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome.

• Fundamental understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in utilizing AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui, etc.) is advantageous.

• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Strong communication and collaborative skills, with fluency in English.

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment to tasks.

• A proactive mindset is essential; we are moving quickly and need individuals who thrive on execution.

• Passionate about speed, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Humble and open to learning, with a willingness to accept feedback.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently while maintaining strong accountability.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and adult content.
