Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), emphasizing user engagement and acquisition.

• Assist in the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Work alongside the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and implement storyboards.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to elevate creative outcomes.

• Incorporate feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team suggestions.

• Customize content for various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Remain informed about trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

• Help ensure that content complies with platform policies and adheres to brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance work, or personal projects are encouraged).

• Basic knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy UI, etc.) is advantageous.

• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - enthusiastic about execution and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Humble and open to learning, willing to accept feedback.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and adult content.
