Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), with a strong emphasis on user engagement and acquisition.

• Support the editing and post-production processes of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Work alongside marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute ideas and storyboards.

• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output.

• Implement feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team insights.

• Modify content to suit various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

• Assist in ensuring that content complies with platform policies and adheres to brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (including internships, freelance projects, or personal endeavors are encouraged).

• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in utilizing AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui, etc.) is advantageous.

• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (must be fluent in English).
