Junior Technical Support Analyst – PWD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist Omie customers through chat and phone with the aim of addressing their inquiries;

• Remotely access customers' devices to identify and resolve issues;

• Develop comprehensive step-by-step guides in image/text or video format for procedures executed in the system to help answer customer questions;

• Elevate systemic issues and problems that cannot be solved to the Product Specialists team for verification and resolution;

• Redirect any chat or phone inquiries outside your expertise to the appropriate department to ensure the customer's concern is managed by the right team;

• Manage chats and phone calls regarding invoice rejections, offering more specialized support when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing higher education (preferred);

• Familiarity with the Omie system (preferred);

• Understanding of e-commerce and marketplaces (preferred);

• Experience in providing software support.
