This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address Sprinklr tasks assigned through Social Factor’s request ticketing system.
• Develop and perform quality assurance on Sprinklr configurations to guarantee optimal platform usage.
• Offer technical expertise and conduct thorough investigations to troubleshoot any issues within Sprinklr.
• Collaborate with senior Technical Solutions colleagues to enhance knowledge, grow skills, and provide assistance.
• Compose timely, precise, and clear documentation of Sprinklr configuration details for both internal and external stakeholders.
• This role necessitates a demonstration of technical ability that translates into programming and/or software deployment management; experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree or nearing completion in Marketing, Technology, or related fields is mandatory.
• Some programming experience is preferred.
• Proficiency and literacy in social media are desired.
• A track record of problem-solving, as well as exhibiting energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client satisfaction and success, is vital for this position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical; the ability to create and present compelling, polished documentation is required.
• Minimum system requirements include Windows 10 and macOS 12.X, along with the necessity of using Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello (Camera capability) and an internet speed of at least 50 mbps.
