Junior Technical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Support the Implementation team with activities associated with onboarding new clients to the brightfin software within ServiceNow.

• Work alongside Technical Implementation Leads to identify, develop, and evaluate customer designs.

• Engage in project meetings to gather and document comprehensive technical requirements.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, Developers, and Product teams on program solutions.

• Assist in the creation of Test Plans and Test Scripts.

• Participate with QA to test software functionalities prior to client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document observations.

• Help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of brightfin software features and functionalities within ServiceNow.

• Work with the Implementation Team and other brightfin departments to identify process inefficiencies and enhance the delivery of brightfin best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a graduate program in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Varied experience as a QA/TBA (Quality Assurance/Technical Business Analyst).

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to manage data effectively.

• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Team-oriented and driven to tackle complex challenges.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for project discussions across all organizational levels.
