Junior Tech Specialist, Online Events – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Providing technical support and launching online events (webinars, marathons): connecting speakers, moderators, checking presentations, and starting broadcasts.

• Moderating and communicating in participant chats during events, promptly responding to audience inquiries.

• Creating, duplicating, and updating chatbots and funnels for events (on platforms like ManyChat, SendPulse).

• Preparing and setting up platforms for conducting events (WebinarStars, Restream, etc.).

• Managing basic technical and organizational tasks: preparing mailings, updating tags, and ensuring process accuracy.

• Participating in brainstorming sessions to improve processes, generating ideas to enhance participant engagement and conversion.

• Completing internal training and gradually expanding the scope of responsibilities.

• Attention to detail, accountability, resilience to stress, proactivity, and openness to learning and feedback.

• Experience with Telegram, ManyChat, or similar platforms (administering chats, basic work with chatbots).

• Participation in or organization of online events (webinars, marathons, student activities).

• Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets and chatbot platforms (ManyChat, SendPulse, etc.).

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher (for communication with foreign speakers and working with English-language platforms).

• A personal laptop/PC and stable internet connection (fiber optic).
