Junior Team Lead – Asian Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Aid in the planning and implementation of data collection initiatives, encompassing timelines, resource distribution, and reporting.

• Oversee and mentor small field teams, ensuring compliance with project protocols and timelines.

• Leverage knowledge of the local market to enhance participant recruitment strategies and improve outreach efforts.

• Track data quality, resolve issues, and escalate challenges to senior management as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations, project management) to ensure fieldwork aligns with project objectives.

• Participate in training sessions for field personnel and offer constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

• Create status updates and project documentation for management evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research, or a similar field.

• 1–2 years of experience in data collection, field operations, market research, or team management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and cultural factors relevant to participant recruitment.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask and effectively manage small teams under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
