Junior Support Engineer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications and services.

• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve incidents effectively.

• Oversee and maintain microservices and APIs.

• Engage in deployments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with integrations involving cloud services and third-party platforms.

• Document issues, procedures, and technical solutions comprehensively.

• Operate in an agile and diverse environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI).

• Familiarity with React + TypeScript.

• Experience utilizing Git.

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API consumption.

• Fluent or advanced level of Spanish.

• Experience with NestJS (desirable).

• Awareness of AWS Cloud services such as S3, Lambda, and Athena (desirable).

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API (desirable).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (desirable).

• Experience using DataDog (desirable).
