📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance to clients utilizing the digital payroll platform

• Detect and resolve technical challenges associated with digital payroll

• Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and provide tailored support

• Record and communicate technical incidents to the development team.

• Familiarity with payroll systems

• Background in technical support or customer service

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
