This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborating closely with our expanding sales team to pinpoint merchant pain points and consulting those merchants on how Primer can effectively address these issues.
• Offering technical expertise to the sales team to assist in business development efforts.
• Converting business requirements into technical solutions, while simplifying complex technical concepts for better understanding.
• Advancing client engagements through discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demonstrations, developer Q&As, and more.
• Partnering with our Product team to utilize market insights to identify feature enhancements and entirely new features that we can introduce to optimally serve our merchants.
• Prior experience in a merchant-facing role involving a complex API product, preferably in the payments sector.
• Confidence and proficiency in leading discovery sessions and collaborating with technical counterparts at major merchants.
• A strong interest in or knowledge of technology; the ability to understand, explain, and design intricate technical specifications is essential.
• Creative and improvisational skills; recognizing that no two merchants are the same and preparation time may be limited.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to simplify complex topics and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset to work efficiently with clients, partners, and internally across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
