Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including short-form videos, static images, and written copy.

• Tailor and generate content that is optimized for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Contribute trend insights and innovative concepts to enhance the content calendar.

• Manage the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish posts across all social media channels.

• Oversee community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to maintain a personable and responsive brand image.

• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships: research, brief, and manage collaborations with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, providing insights on successful strategies.

• Remain informed about platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Proficient in content creation: short-form video, static images, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• Knowledgeable about trends and platform specifics for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Comfortable with community management and maintaining a rapid posting schedule.

• Some experience in influencer outreach, briefing, and negotiating creator partnerships.

• Motivated, proactive, and ready to jump into action.

• Strong eye for design and understanding of brand aesthetics.

• Bonus: Skills in AI-driven image and video content creation.

• Fluent in English.
