Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including short-form videos, static posts, and written copy.

• Tailor and create content that is optimized for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Stay informed about trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the content calendar.

• Participate in or organize shoots as necessary to generate original social media content.

• Oversee the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish posts across all social media platforms.

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and uphold the brand's voice across various channels.

• Manage community interactions: respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to ensure the brand remains approachable and relatable.

• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships: conduct research, provide briefs, and manage collaborations with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Collaborate with talented, design-focused, high-quality creators who align with the brand.

• Oversee product gifting and creator relationship management from start to finish.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, providing insights on what resonates with our audience.

• Keep abreast of platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Strong skills in content creation, including short-form video, static posts, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• A keen awareness of trends and platform-specific content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Comfortable with community management and maintaining a rapid posting schedule.

• Some familiarity with influencer outreach, briefing processes, and creator partnerships.

• Eager, proactive, and ready to dive into the role.

• A good eye for design and brand aesthetics.

• Bonus: Skills in creating AI-generated images and videos.

• Proficient in English.
