Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including short-form videos, static images, and copy.

• Tailor and produce content that is optimized for each specific platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Contribute trend insights and innovative ideas to enhance the content calendar.

• Participate in or organize shoots as necessary to create original social media content.

• Manage the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across all social media channels.

• Maintain a consistent posting frequency and uphold the brand's voice across various platforms.

• Oversee community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to keep the brand approachable and responsive.

• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships: research, brief, and manage collaborations with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Collaborate with talented, design-focused creators who align with our brand identity.

• Handle product gifting and creator relationships from start to finish.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, providing reports on effective strategies.

• Stay informed about platform trends, formats, and rising creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Proficient in content creation skills including short-form video, static images, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• Trend-conscious and proficient across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Comfortable with community management and maintaining a rapid posting schedule.

• Some experience in influencer outreach, briefings, and managing creator agreements.

• Motivated, proactive, and ready to dive into the role.

• A keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

• Bonus: Skills in AI image and video content creation.

• Fluent in English.
