Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including short-form videos, static posts, and written copy.

• Tailor and generate content that is optimized for each specific platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Contribute to the content calendar by providing insight into current trends and creative concepts.

• Assist in coordinating or attending shoots as necessary to create original content for social media.

• Oversee the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across all social media platforms.

• Ensure a consistent posting schedule and maintain the brand's voice across various channels.

• Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to keep the brand approachable and responsive.

• Aid in influencer outreach and partnerships: conduct research, provide briefings, and manage collaborations with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Collaborate with innovative, design-focused creators that align with the brand identity.

• Manage the entire process of product gifting and creator relationships.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, providing reports on successful strategies.

• Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Proficient in content creation, including short-form videos, static content, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• Knowledgeable about trends and native formats on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Comfortable managing community interactions and maintaining a rapid posting frequency.

• Some familiarity with influencer outreach, briefing processes, and creator collaborations.

• Eager, proactive, and ready to start contributing immediately.

• A keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

• Bonus: Skills in AI-generated image and video content creation.

• Proficient in English.
