Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including short-form videos, images, and written copy.

• Tailor and produce content that is optimized for each platform, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Provide insights on trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance the content calendar.

• Manage the daily content calendar by planning, scheduling, and publishing across all social media platforms.

• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships by researching, briefing, and managing relationships with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, and report on successful strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within the consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.

• Proficient in content creation, including short-form videos, images, written copy, Canva, and basic video editing skills.

• Trend-savvy and knowledgeable about platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Comfortable managing community interactions and maintaining a rapid posting schedule.

• Some experience in influencer outreach, briefing, and negotiating creator partnerships.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to start contributing immediately.

• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand design principles.

• Bonus: Skills in AI-generated image and video content creation.

• Fluent in English.
