Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including short-form videos, static posts, and copy.

• Tailor and produce content that is optimized for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Infuse trend awareness and creative concepts into the content calendar.

• Participate in or coordinate shoots as necessary to create original social media content.

• Manage the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across all social media platforms.

• Maintain a consistent posting rhythm and brand voice across all channels.

• Oversee community engagement: respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to ensure the brand remains responsive and relatable.

• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships: research, brief, and manage collaborations with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Collaborate with innovative, design-focused, high-quality creators that align with the brand.

• Handle product gifting and creator relationships from start to finish.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, providing insights on effective strategies.

• Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Strong skills in content creation: short-form video, static posts, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• Aware of trends and skilled in platform-native content creation (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Comfortable managing community interactions and maintaining a rapid posting pace.

• Some experience with influencer outreach, briefing, and negotiating creator deals.

• Eager, proactive, and prepared to dive right in.

• Keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

• Bonus: Skills in AI image and video content creation.

• Proficient in English.
