Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including short-form videos, images, and written copy.

• Tailor and produce content that is optimized for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Contribute trend insights and innovative concepts to enhance the content calendar.

• Participate in or organize shoots as necessary to create original social media content.

• Manage the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across all social media platforms.

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and uphold the brand's voice across different channels.

• Oversee community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to ensure the brand remains approachable and responsive.

• Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations: conduct research, provide briefs, and manage partnerships with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Collaborate with exciting, design-oriented, high-quality creators who align with the brand.

• Handle product gifting and manage creator relationships from start to finish.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, reporting on successful strategies.

• Keep abreast of platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment.

• Strong skills in content creation, including short-form video, static posts, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• Trend-savvy and platform-focused (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Comfortable with community management and a rapid posting pace.

• Some experience in influencer outreach, briefings, and managing creator partnerships.

• Motivated, proactive, and ready to start contributing immediately.

• A good aesthetic sense for design and brand identity.

• Bonus: Skills in AI image and video content creation.

• Fluent in English.
