Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including short-form videos, static posts, and written copy.

• Tailor and create content that is suitable for each platform's unique style (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Contribute trend insights and innovative ideas to enhance the content calendar.

• Participate in or organize shoots as necessary to generate original social media content.

• Oversee the daily content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across all social media platforms.

• Maintain a consistent posting frequency and uphold the brand's voice across channels.

• Manage community interactions: reply to comments, direct messages, and mentions.

• Foster relationships with our audience to ensure the brand remains responsive and relatable.

• Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations: research, brief, and manage partnerships with micro and mid-tier creators.

• Collaborate with talented, design-oriented creators who align with the brand's identity.

• Oversee product gifting and manage creator relationships from start to finish.

• Monitor content and influencer performance, providing reports on successful strategies.

• Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Proficient in content creation, including short-form video, static designs, copywriting, Canva, and basic video editing.

• Trend-savvy and familiar with platform-specific content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).

• Comfortable with community management and maintaining a rapid posting schedule.

• Some experience in influencer outreach, briefing, and managing creator partnerships.

• Eager, proactive, and ready to dive in and contribute.

• Strong sense of design and brand aesthetics.

• Bonus: Skills in AI-generated image and video content creation.

• Fluent in English.
