Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Implement social media strategies by crafting engaging content and overseeing daily interactions across various platforms.

• Produce persuasive and on-brand social media copy designed for specific target audiences.

• Design captivating visuals using tools such as Canva, with the possibility of utilizing GPT for content generation.

• Assist in the creation and execution of the content calendar, guaranteeing timely and relevant postings.

• Interact with the online community through comments, direct messages, and conversations.

• Partner with influencers to develop authentic content that aligns with the brand.

• Monitor performance metrics and modify strategies to enhance engagement.

• Regularly assess and improve content effectiveness.

• Aid social prospecting initiatives through messaging outreach under the guidance of the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in social media management or related fields, emphasizing content creation and community engagement.

• Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools.

• Experience with GPT-assisted content creation is preferred.

• Capability to develop and implement content strategies effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends, with an understanding of American culture.

• A creative approach coupled with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

• Experience in influencer marketing and brand content is an advantage.
